Subject: Banner Year-End Closing

Starting: Noon – Wednesday, August 31, 2022
Ending: 1:00 a.m. –Thursday, September 01, 2022

As part of the business process of the College, the Business Office cannot have any transactions entered into Banner while they run the Fiscal Year-End Closing. Beginning at noon Wednesday August 31, 2022, access to Banner, SOS and CPD’s Destiny One will be unavailable to allow for this Fiscal Year-End Closing Process.
All services will be restored by 1:00 a.m., Thursday, September 01, 2022. Please remember to log out of Banner by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31st.
The Banner TRAIN Database will be refreshed on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. We anticipate TRAIN being available for everyone by approximately 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
Please restart your computer prior to attempting to access TRAIN. Please note that TRAIN may be accessed only through your PC; however, it will not be available via SOS.
To access TRAIN, please vist the internal website. From there, click Helpful Links, click Banner Links and click TRAIN.
Any updates or transactions applied to the TRAIN Database will not be captured in our Banner Production environment.
This outage will affect the Banner, SOS and CPD’s Destiny One Registration systems.
