Key Areas of Responsibilities :

1.Own and drive successful ex*****on and delivery of e-commerce project solution implementation.
2.Influence leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constraints impacting project delivery.
3.Communicate the state of the project to executive leadership.
4.Drive project ex*****on and delivery according to business needs and requirements.
5.Provide e-commerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support.
6.Review e-commerce platform and architecture to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality.
7.Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to lead e-commerce requirements gathering and analysis.
8.Assess project health and direct any necessary corrective measures. Creatively apply project management processes to address unique situations. Assess project status and direct corrective measures to ensure project success including escalation and visibility to Senior 9.Leadership when appropriate.

10.Effectively manage multiple medium sized e-commerce projects, or individual large sized e-commerce projects.
11.Create project plans detailing project schedule, resource/budget estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities. Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.
12.Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task, status, update work estimates and incorporate new tasks into plan as needed.
13.Direct daily activities and efficiently manage a project team of business and development resources.

-Tally Accounting entries of Invoice Received, CN & Purchase entries.
Prepare Financial Reports, monthly Revenue sheet.
-Identifies problems and changing requirements regarding management needs, auditing, and other account structures or reports, and accounting systems.
-Reviewing their financial statements for inaccuracies and monitoring financial activity.
-Monitor and Document of company operating Expenses
-Keep Track of and Verify Accounts Payable and Receivable
-Preparations of various Reconciliations - Bank, Cash, AP, AR, and Inter Company.

Vishakha Jadhav

Part of the Facility Management Team at Mulund, Vishakha can be seen in the office silently working her way across the floor sweeping and keeping our workspace s***k and span. She goes about restocking the pantry and water canisters diligently, necessities that we take for granted on a daily basis.

However, what one does not know about this closet iron lady is that she is a single mother bringing up her two children single handedly from an extremely tender age.

This confident young lady is determined to bring up her children well, while supporting her family both financially and emotionally. Honest and down to earth, Vishakha joined Ergode as a fresher and proudly states that she mastered her work in just a week.

Today, the soft-hearted iron lady still enjoys her favorite dal chawal and loves visiting the beach with her family. She considers herself very naughty and has proved herself to be quite witty in many situations. Vishakha loves swimming, talking, cooking and has a beautiful voice that she uses to hum tunes while working on various tasks through the day.

Dear Ergodians, please do talk to her sometime and ask her to sing a song. We have a nightingale in our midst.
