New York Times Article mentions Future Fuels. Article has an inaccurate statement. Future Fuels will be constructing the equipment in the USA based on the TPRI Chinese design (article incorrectly states China would be making the equipment).

American companies with factories in China are now building high-tech research labs there as well.

China's answer to the USA's FutureGen program (http://www.futuregenalliance.org/about.stm) is named GreenGen. This commercial electricity power plant will sequester up to 95%+ of its CO2 output while consuming coal more efficiently than any other coal based plant in the world. Starting at 250MW, it plans to expand to 400MW+.
