In this video, I’ll walk you through the actual installation and wiring process of the Brivo ACS100 (B-BSKF-B) Card Reader, from mounting to connection with the Brivo ACS6000 Access Control Panel.

In my previous video under the Brivo ACS100 Playlist, I gave an overview of the reader — including how to wire and connect it in theory.
Now, it’s time to put it all into practice with a real setup demonstration! ⚡

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Mount the Brivo B-BSKF-B Card Reader properly on a wall or door frame
✅ Mark, drill, and level the mounting plate for a clean, professional finish
✅ Identify and understand each wire function (RS-485, 12V, GND, REX, etc.)
✅ Follow the correct Wiegand wiring standard for reliable communication
✅ Secure your connections using wire nuts and electrical tape
✅ Connect and terminate the wires neatly into the ACS6000 Phoenix connector
✅ Organize the cable routing for a clean, serviceable installation
