A successful cloud migration goes beyond architecture, security, and cutover planning. Organisations must also address legacy environment decommissioning, ownership, and the risks of temporary parallel systems becoming permanent.

Before switching off your old environment, ask yourself:

🔹 Is there a clear plan to retire redundant infrastructure?
