Day 25: Get Your Beauty Sleep
For this challenge try to get 7 hours beauty sleep in a single day. It’s super hard for me to get a full 7 hours in so I add naps to make it up.
Nix the screen time and try a book before bed instead. I recommend using apps like Calm or even audible to help drift off to sleep.
