Day 25: Get Your Beauty Sleep

For this challenge try to get 7 hours beauty sleep in a single day. It’s super hard for me to get a full 7 hours in so I add naps to make it up.

Nix the screen time and try a book before bed instead. I recommend using apps like Calm or even audible to help drift off to sleep.

My sweet friend Erin recommended Guided meditations which is an app that she uses to catch her Z’s. Check it out and let me know how your sleep goes ❤️ Sweet Dreams 💭

Day 24: The gift of Volunteering

Even though this challenge emphasizes taking tone for yourself, there is a joy that can come from helping others.

I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic but there are plenty of opportunities you can do online. One of my favorites I found was learningally.org where your record your reading and the organization compiles it into an audiobook for people with learning disabilities.

So the challenge is to find a virtual volunteering opportunity that you like. Share it in the post comments, I’d love to see and have you share these opportunities with others.

Trying to be perfect in different aspects of life, will only lead to negatively and fuel your inner critic.

Day 5 Get out there and treat yourself

Figure out what you’ve always put on the back burner and do that one thing. If you don’t have time today, plan it out for the weekend or when it fits into your budget, just make sure to put it in your calendar.

I also did a quick recap of the exercises in the back of the pdf. Just some quick tips:

1. Link is in the bio to get your free pdf to go along with this challenge.

2. After you confirm your email, save the pdf to your computer.

3. By saving the pdf to your computer you will be able to fill out and save your entries into the tracker. If you do not download, everything you type will be lost.

Day 2 -4: Catch up from the weekend

I’m back and did a little show off of my Ren fest souvenirs. Has to catch up from not thinking this weekend logistics through but we’re back on track. Here’s a recap!

Day 3 Read a book or article on Self love. I highly recommend Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly! ❤️

Day 4. Practice Affirmations and say something positive to yourself. It’s so easy to think negative things. Flip the script and be positive.
