If I don't have the answer to your question, I will research it and get back to you with an answer. NO pressure, NO gimmicks, NO useless advice. NO elevator music while wasting time being you are put on hold while technicians - reading from a script bump your problem to the next tier of support. And if I don't have an immediate answer to your question, let ME research it and get back to you with an answer. You have better things to do than getting frustrated when your computer doesn't do what you want it to do.
