IT’S TIME FOR FLASHBACK FRIDAY!

Who remembers this iconic game? Remember when the biggest gaming challenge was trying to keep PAC-MAN from getting caught by the ghosts? 👻 (Ahhh….we sure do miss the simpler times) Did you play it on an Atari or did you go to the arcade to play?

Released in 1980, PAC-MAN quickly became one of the most recognizable video games of all time. No downloads, no updates, no Wi-Fi—just a joystick, a maze, and the determination to get the high score!

How many levels could you make it through? Or were you more interested in chasing the fruit? 😄

Thanks to a customer who brought this to our shop because they no longer wanted it, we are keeping it out of the recycling stream a little bit longer and giving our customers something fun to do in our shop. Play a game or two and take a trip down memory lane! (Or get stressed out by the ghosts chasing you…. LOL)

🐾It’s National Dog Day! 🐾

Today, we’re celebrating all the amazing dogs who have filled our lives with unconditional love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Dogs aren’t called Man’s Best Friend for nothing!❤️

Whether your dog is a professional napper, expert ball chaser, treat inspector, or full-time snuggle buddy, today is all about celebrating them!

And today, we also remember the beloved dogs who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge but remain forever in our hearts. 🌈Their paw prints may no longer be beside us, but their love and memories stay with us always.

We’d love to celebrate and remember the furry friends who mean so much to us. Nicole is sharing two of her favorite pups –Hank and Gizmo. Hank is her grand fur-baby. He just turned 1 and is 85 lbs. of sweet and lovable energy! We also have Gizmo – Nicole’s family’s sweet Shih-Tzu who crossed the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago and is missed beyond measure.

🎞Flashback Friday is back! We're still on a roll 😉from yesterday’s post. With many schools starting back this week or next, we thought this was the perfect piece to showcase. How many of you guessed the item correctly?

If you guessed the item we posted yesterday was a film projector….you are REALLY showing us your age. 😁😂Just kidding….it means you are knowledgeable and know your technology! Before smartboards, streaming videos, and digital presentations, we had bad boys like this one bringing lessons to life in the classroom.

For generations of students, the sound of the projector starting up and the lights dimming meant it was time to learn something new while enjoying an educational film (but we all know for some individuals, the film projector being wheeled out meant naptime 🤫😂)

Who else remembers watching filmstrips in school and pretending to pay attention? What other old-school technology items do you remember or have stories about?
