In 2013, I saw the need for a smaller, lightweight 30-watt amplifier. So, I designed a simple guitar amplifier intended as a Fender Princeton on steroids, which, when overdriven, sang like a Marshall with overdrive and sustain. It had a 12" Speaker all-tube amplifier with a lightweight pine cabinet at 30 lbs and 30 watts of power. I was ahead of the curve, as many monster amps now go to the wayside. We only built less than 50 of them, and they were priced at $1,400, being made in the USA and hand-wired; as you can see in the second photo, the repair access was easy behind the rear plexiglass panel, and the tubes was mounted on the underside. All the components were full-size and of the highest quality, which is now what one would expect to pay for a Fender Princeton. Because of the low production volume at the time, it was not a sustainable business venture; however, it would be a market hit now.
