After testing all ground equipment at our Huntington tower it has been determined that the lightning strike this afternoon has damaged all equipment mounted at 200 feet on the tower. A tower technician has been called and expects the equipment replacement process to start at 8:30 tomorrow morning. We expect services to be restored to Huntington customers tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for your continued patience and support of local affordable high speed internet.

We’re experiencing a power failure at our Winfield tower site that is effecting both Winfield and Hurricane customers. AEP is aware of the outage and have it in the queue to repair. However, due to high winds in the area the AEP repair queue is quite lengthy. We appreciate your patience while we wait.
