I've been working on a new method for creating the conveyor belt in a more dynamic and realistic way. Using an nCloth method allows me to instead of using bezier curves to define the belt path, I'm able to create belts as if they would exist in the real world. apply tension rollers (bottom) and it performs just like the real thing.

I am still dealing with fine-tuning the friction coefficient settings and a couple of other basic physics components but should have that figured out soon. I also have one last technical detail that I'm trying to perfect.

I think this is more efficient and practical than using the method that people typically use to create tank treads, plus it allows me to try an innovative approach to modeling the animation sequences for the production lines. If I get this method perfected then I'll post an animation soon.
