Please join us in welcoming Ryan Mahoney to Team Sentar as a new Business Development & Capture Manager.
Ryan's career began supporting military training exercises and missile flight tests in the field before moving into policy work with the Missile Defense Agency and, ultimately, leading capture efforts across the Department of Defense. Those experiences continue to shape how he approaches business development, grounding his capture strategies in a deep understanding of customer missions and operational needs.
In his new role, Ryan will lead full lifecycle capture efforts, helping grow our work across cybersecurity, intelligence, systems and software engineering, digital engineering, and health IT.
Beyond his role, Ryan is active in the defense industry community as a board member of AFCEA NOVA. He currently serves as Vice President of the Small Business Committee after previously serving as Vice President of Emerging Leaders and Vice President of Special Activities. He was named AFCEA International's Emerging Leader of the Year (2024) and Distinguished Young Professional (2024–2025). Ryan also serves as Corporate Board President for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership program.
