Are you a baker, cake pop maker, or sweet treat creator who wants to try our secret ingredient?

These were made with our key lime flavored crème pieces, melted down, dipped, and finished with graham cracker crumbs.

We’re looking for a few local dessert makers to test them and tell us how they’d use them.

We loved sharing our sky-inspired cookies and our house-made flavored crème pieces — now available on their own for baking, melting, mixing, topping, and creating your way.

So grateful for the chance to share what we’re building right here in Huntsville. 🫶🏼

The house-made flavored crème pieces that started inside Clouds Cove Cookies will be available at cloudscovecookies.com starting tomorrow. 🤌🏼✨

Jessica created them to set her cookies apart from the rest, and they have quickly done just that. This is the first small step in sharing them beyond her cookies, for people to use in their own creative ways.

Use them in recipes, snack mixes, dessert boards, dipped treats, or whatever sweet idea they inspire.

The first flavors are:

Banana Pudding
Raspberry Cream
Orange Creamsicle
Key Lime

Jessica will be on tomorrow sharing a few ways to use them, and they’ll be available for local delivery and pickup through cloudscovecookies.com.

Cloud Chips might be dead ☠️

Naming a product and building a brand are not the same thing, and I’m learning that in real time.

Cloud Chips have been part of our story from the beginning, but if this product is going to grow beyond where it started, the name has to be able to grow with it.

So right now I’m in backup-name chaos… and still having fun with it.

White chips, reimagined. Name TBD. ☁️
