My business texts me every morning at 7 AM.
Cash position. Who paid yesterday. What needs my attention today. All before I’ve made it to the kitchen.
I haven't opened a spreadsheet in weeks.
A couple weeks ago I got tired of being the one thing holding my own company together. Every number, every reminder, every "don't forget to follow up" was living in my head, and my head was the bottleneck.
So I built myself an operating system. It checks the bank while I sleep. It remembers what happened in every meeting. It catches the follow-ups I used to drop. Every morning it sends me a report, like an employee who never gets tired and never calls in sick.
This is the same kind of thing I build for other local businesses here in Idaho Falls, just aimed at myself this time. Turns out eating your own cooking is the best way to know it actually works.
What's the first thing YOU check every morning? Curious how everyone else's version of the "morning report" looks.👇
