A new phishing kit called Kali365 is targeting businesses right now. Here's what makes it different -- it doesn't need your password.

It bypasses multi-factor authentication entirely by stealing your OAuth access tokens. That means attackers get into your Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive without ever triggering an MFA challenge.

The scary part? It's being sold as a subscription service on Telegram. Anyone can buy it and use it against your business.

The FBI issued this alert on May 21, 2026. This threat is real and it's active right now.

Here is what to look for before you click anything:
→ The sender's email address does not match the company name
→ There is urgency pushing you to act immediately
→ It asks you to click a link or download an attachment
→ Something about it just feels slightly off
