Managing AI spending has officially become the top FinOps concern. But FinOps for AI is very different than managing traditional cloud computing costs.

Even seemingly simple AI commands can trigger a chain of workflows, each of which adds up in the AI bill. The invoice doesn't tell companies where their AI budget is going because they can't track the workflows that are driving costs and whether they're worth it.

Xavor builds an AI cost trail right in the workflow pipeline that traces every penny spent back to the exact source.

A runaway AI agent caught everyone's attention last month. The unprecedented cyber incident was the first of its kind, and it has put AI governance back into the limelight.

Two other tech news stories were also July's highlights. And there is an intricate connection between the three.

Watch this episode of Now Spotlight to learn what that connection is and how Xavor helps you implement it in the real world.

CIOs and CTOs are facing a growing AI governance gap as enterprise AI deployments increase. A global study conducted by IBM also concluded that the lack of AI visibility is widespread among C-level executives.

Organizations need to redesign their AI controls to see greater outcomes. But ad hoc solutions like adding more manual approvals do not solve the issue. They create more friction points than they solve.

See how Xavor helps enterprises build AI governance that keeps pace with deployment, with controls that are visible, enforceable, and easier to prove.

BMW has successfully deployed a humanoid robot in one of its factories to automate the plant's manufacturing operations. It is yet another signal that physical AI is now mainstream.

However, integrating physical AI with its environment remains the bigger challenge in deploying intelligent robotics systems at scale. And this challenge is ubiquitous across industries.

Scroll through to see what it takes to integrate physical AI systems with the real world, and how we did it in healthcare.

Most users think their model is the reason why their AI bill is too high, when the real problem is sending 5,000 tokens to solve a problem that needs 200. Giving AI models superfluous information leads to context bloat, where more tokens than required are consumed for a task.

Context bloat becomes an even bigger problem in agentic systems because agents can make multiple LLM calls independently.

In this episode of Solutions Now, we explain how even simply being good with your words can save you money as we explore four effective ways to cut down your AI bill in half.

The pay-per-resolution model has addressed many of the pricing concerns around Agentforce. But it also puts a much bigger spotlight on resolution rate, because that number determines how much support work AI is actually taking off your team’s plate.

Resolution rates are not fixed and always have room for improvement. The right engineering approach can enable Agentforce to resolve more issues.

Scroll through to see how we help companies engineer Salesforce workflows for higher resolution rates and get more value from their AI investment.

FinOps priorities are changing as GPU spending surges, primarily driven by the growing demand for AI workloads.

But optimizing cloud costs for AI agents requires meticulous attention to detail that traditional FinOps tools often don’t provide.

Watch our video to learn how Xavor tracks, allocates, and optimizes the unpredictable costs of autonomous AI workflows.

ServiceNow Action Fiber is a great interoperability framework that lets external AI agents execute real workflows on your ServiceNow instance. That means any agent built using third-party or your own tech stack has the keys to the platform.

But you need to be careful what these agents can do with this access. Action Fiber doesn't just give data access, where an agent reads and summarizes information. It lets them take direct actions in ServiceNow using your proprietary data and business rules.

Swipe the carousel to see how Xavor helps you implement proper access controls across four key areas to ensure safe AI-driven workflows.

Healthcare facilities are increasingly using camera-based monitoring solutions to remotely monitor vulnerable elders in their own homes and in care settings. While video surveillance does support the care of elderly people, it infringes the patient's fundamental human right to privacy.

Many healthcare professionals have expressed concerns that constant surveillance does not equate to safety. Just last year, the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK called for a moratorium on further rollout of digital monitoring tools in mental health wards in the country because it worsened the situation of many patients.

In this episode of Solutions Now, we share how we built PrismCare to solve this ethical challenge in healthcare. It is an advanced, radar-based ambient monitoring system that anonymously monitors patients while respecting their privacy and dignity.
