Job Contexts:
The role involves increasing the sales. Again, the Manager (Business Development and Sales engineering) is responsible for sales and following through generate revenues in addition to effective conceptualization of problems and solutions to the clients. S/he will have strong selling skills, and technical expertise on IT products plus having highly collaborative by nature and must have demonstrated strengths in grown, project management, and communication.
A Little About You:
The ideal candidate is proficient in sales, or a related field; with some previous experience in IT products selling or in the IT industry. He or she must have full mastery of selling various IT products.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting sales (IT Products) plans and initiating sales calls (potential clients), tender reactions, and demonstration of organization’s service to customers over phone; e-mail; and online and off-line presentation;
• Establishing and developing relationships with the clients and partners and ensuring best grade of service and figuring out areas where mutual profit can be attained by customer and association;
• Coordinating with project manager/ Account manager in developing actions on accessible customer’s project at home (Bangladesh) and abroad (Outside of Bangladesh);
• Developing and implementing strategies for the new product and services by analyzing business needs;
• Attending conferences and exhibitions;
• Developing and delivering the business plans (sales) by carrying out research, formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
• This position will develop and maintain key referral relationships around the state of Bangladesh and serve as provider relations with new and existing accounts;
• Position is responsible for the development and performance of all marking and sales activities to ensure the hospital's admission and revenue goals are achieved.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributing to the development of training and education programs for existing and potential referral sources.
• Key objectives are to inform, educate and communicate IT services (programs and services to our clients; businesses; industry; travel agencies; government and non-government agencies, and non-resident Bangladeshis outside of Bangladesh.
• To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the values of the Radyan-IT Inc including the promotion of services built on an ethos of the five core values: Creative, Supportive, Standardization, Satisfaction, Reliability.
Your Background:
• Previous experience in IT industry.
• Strong computer and internet skills (multiple platforms.
• Previous retail sales experience helpful.
• Able to manage and optimize workload, prioritize multiple projects, and streamline the sales flow.
• Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance Project Management skills, a bility to weigh and manage expectations.
• Possesses the ability to take direction as well as contribute own ideas.
• Responsive and efficient; ability to organize and manage multiple sales/projects adhering to strict timelines in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with production materials (ie vinyls, acrylics, paints, etc).
