You wouldn’t install a security system at your business and leave a side door unlocked because the owner doesn’t like using a key.

The same idea applies to your computers.

That extra sign-in check can be annoying. But turning it off for the boss creates an exception where sensitive information or financial decisions may be involved.

Being in charge comes with a responsibility to set the example.
