🌎 Barry served around the world with deployments and assignments including:

• The Philippines

• The Netherlands

🛡️ Served as a Marine Security Guard (MSG) protecting American interests abroad in:
Lima, Peru
Caracas, Venezuela

Dedicated a significant portion of his career at Marine Corps Communications Electronics School (MCCES) in Twentynine Palms, California, helping train and mentor Marines in Communications — shaping the next generation of warfighters.

Leadership isn’t only measured by rank… it’s measured by the people you influence, the knowledge you pass on, and the example you leave behind.

🇺🇸 Happy Memorial Day From All American Security 🇺🇸

Today is not about sales.
It’s not about business.
It’s not even about a long weekend.

Today is about remembering.

As I walked through the cemetery, I was reminded that every flag, every headstone, every name represents a story… a family… a sacrifice.

Some gave years of service.
Some gave their youth.
And some gave everything.

This Memorial Day, I especially reflect on the countless heroes who never made it home.

Because of their sacrifice, we have the freedom to build businesses, raise families, worship God freely, and live the lives we often take for granted.

At All American Security, a Veteran-Owned company, we pause today to honor the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

May we never forget that freedom was paid for by heroes.

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13

Current Police Chief – City of Jackson, Michigan

From 1991–2017, Chief Simpson faithfully served with the City of Jackson Police Department, holding numerous leadership and specialized positions including:

Patrol Officer
C.R.A.C. Drug Enforcement Unit
Liaison Officer – Jackson High School
Department Training Coordinator
Jackson Special Response Team
Honor Guard Coordinator
Sergeant
Lieutenant

After retiring from the department in 2017, his service continued.

2020–2025
Served as Undersheriff for the Jackson County Office of the Sheriff

2025
Appointed Police Chief for the City of Jackson

🇺🇸 Military Service

Chief Simpson joined the United States Army and served 4 years as an Infantryman before continuing his military career with the Michigan Army National Guard.

Deployed to Iraq in 2003
Served our nation for 30 years
Retired in 2016 as a Command Sergeant Major (E-9)
