We live in a global and fluid, digital age. While many communities have embraced this, it has been more of a curse to the wellness community. People still have to find a new trainer in a new gym, try to reach their old trainer or move on. When you go online, you find canned workout plans, or pay for a high end plan only then having to pay someone else to coach you through it. We offer the ability to contact one trainer, regardless of location, who will: set you up in our system, define reasonable goals and expectations with you, complete a body composition and nutrition plan, create workout plans for you (available online at any time), explain the workouts and provide documents to help you, discuss each workout after its completion, adjust your plans, and reach your goals. While you do not work with your trainer in the gym unless you happen to attend a workshop: you are working with a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer (not a trainee), you are holding yourself responsible for scheduling and completing your workouts, and you are receiving all of our support. If you find after a time that you can continue on your own with your new healthy lifestyle, then we have succeeded. We honestly don’t mind if you no longer need our services…that is what creating a lifestyle of wellness is about; you taking personal responsibility for your body, nutrition and training. If you lack the time or inclination to create workouts on your own, stay in the program as long as you like and it will continue to grow with you. What is under-represented in Marine Consulting:
