As we look forward to MeggaXP 2026! we are also taking a look back at previous events, so people get a good gauge as to what kind of stuff you might expect to find at one of our shows!

Here's an image from last year, featuring Jessica Chicken Wang - who came and brought some incredible pieces for everyone to peruse. She was super kind and was a real pleasure to work with, and as you can see - is immensly talented!

Jessica was just one of over 40 vendors last year, and this year we have expanded to 60! So whether you're looking for one of a kind creations like she makes, or maybe a super hard to find VHS, or maybe that ONE Magic the Gathering card that has eluded you all of these years - our expanded vendor lineup might just be THE ticket for you!

We're less than 3 months away so we figured we should probably start with out VENDOR SPOTLIGHT series for MeggaXP 2026!!!! All of our vendor spotlights will be some form of homage to vintage NES games in honor of the 40th anniversary of the console hitting American shores! See if you can spot which games they pay homage to (if you can tell - we're not the greatest graphic artists but we're trying lol)

Ray has been a Meggaxp loyalist since almost the VERY beginning, and the only thing that outshines her absolute sweetness and charm is her talent! If you've never worked with her before, you're in for a treat! But don't take it from us, let HER tell you what she's all about:

"I'm Ray art and Design! I'm a local artist from Lansing MI and I've been part of the Michigan convention community for almost ten years now! My work spans from one of a kinda handmade plushies to handdrawn illustration of my comic character Porthos, the Cat shaped Alien who loves to get in trouble with all of his Earthling friends.
The overarching goal of my work is to share both my love cartoons, comics and beautiful settings of Michigan (is that the Truck Munching Bridge Big Penny in background? Absolutely!) "

Here's a look back at last year's MeggaXP (MeggaXP X), and one of the featured Live Action Game Shows - "The Geekly Feud"! The question? "Name a video game that starts with C" - - - can you guess the top 8????

This is just one of a LOT of special events that we hosted then, and one of the potential events we will be hosting at MeggaXP 2026! - when it comes to Jackson, Michigan on Saturday, August 22nd, from 11am - 7pm, at the Commonwealth Commerce Center!!!

The auditorium is LOADED with special events, trivia contests, live action game shows, and Meggaxp originals!! It's also where the COSPLAY CONTEST happens at 3pm!
