🛜 We wanted to tell you about a very unique situation that we’d never encountered before: A resident wanted us to install their fiber-optic internet WITHOUT stepping foot in the home.

This resident has a physically challenged child that can not be exposed to anyone outside the home – and they occupied the entire first floor.

It might seem impossible to pull off, but as it turns out, it really wasn’t a problem, and our technician Nicolas made it happen – thanks to a lot of assistance from the homeowner.

Here’s what happened:

The customer assisted Nicolas in getting the fiber inside, and Nicolas handed her the equipment. Nicolas was then able to install the router via Bluetooth and check the speeds. The customer was very happy.

ThinkBig Networks is vastly different from other internet service providers. If you’ve followed us on Facebook awhile, you already know that we work for you and that our customers are never a number on a balance sheet.

In the end, the customer – and their child – were extremely happy to finally have access to the fastest internet they’ve ever seen.

🗓️It's First Friday time! THE WEATHER IS SUPPOSED TO BE 11/10!

ThinkBig will be on site at First Friday in Havre de Grace on Friday, Sept. 5 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET.

📍137 N Washington Street, Havre de Grace

The festival is in downtown Havre de Grace and will be loaded with food trucks, local vendors (like us) and there's also a kid's play area.

Don't let one of the best Fridays of the summer slip by! If you attend, please stop by our booth and say hello and grab some freebies.
