We didn’t camp at Camden Hills State Park, but we’re really glad we made the trip up to the summit of Mount Battie.

The panoramic views from the top are absolutely incredible — overlooking Camden, Penobscot Bay, and the islands stretching out along the Maine coast. The video doesn’t quite do it justice!

The campground looked great too, tucked into the woods with a beautiful Maine setting. We didn’t get a chance to stay there this trip, but it’s definitely one we’d consider coming back to.

If your travels take you anywhere near Camden, Maine, this is absolutely worth adding to your list. You can hike to the summit or take the auto road up, making it an easy stop even if you’re just passing through.

Our second stop in Canada was Camping Mirabel about 45min outside of Montreal. We found a couple of amazing dog sitters on Rover.com (as always) and had a great time! The campground was great and had really nice amenities. A little hard to get into with a 45ft rig, but do’able.

The Florida Keys are one of our favorite places to explore by RV. 🌴🚐

We stayed at Sugarloaf Key RV Resort & Cottages , just a short drive from Key West, and loved the laid-back Keys atmosphere, tropical setting, and easy access to everything the Lower Keys have to offer.

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

One of the greatest gifts this journey has given us is the chance to experience America one campground, one back road, one small town, and one unforgettable sunset at a time.

From quiet beaches and moss-draped oaks in Savannah, to mountain vistas, lakeshores, bustling cities, and countless campfires, every mile has reminded us just how incredibly diverse and beautiful this country is.

As full-time RVers, we’ve been fortunate to call so many places “home” for a little while. And while we’ve seen so much, there’s still an endless list of places waiting to be explored.

Here’s to the open road, the people we’ve met along the way, and the adventures still ahead. Wishing you all a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day.

Not every memorable RV stay is a luxury resort.

We recently stayed at East Lake Fish Camp near Kissimmee, Florida, and loved its classic "Old Florida" feel. Massive oak trees, Spanish moss, waterfront views, fishing, and a relaxed atmosphere made this one of the more unique stops on our Florida travels.

We recently visited St. Augustine, Florida, and honestly… it was better than we expected.

Between the historic streets, waterfront views, Castillo de San Marcos, and overall atmosphere, it quickly became one of our favorite stops in Florida.
