A few years ago, I read that nearly 80% of female start-up businesses don’t make it to the five-year mark. That statistic has stuck with me ever since, and reaching this milestone today fills me with so much pride, gratitude, and a deep sense of accomplishment.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Content Creation: Take and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media content, ensuring they align with the clients brand's identity.
Social Media Support: Assist in designing and scheduling posts for social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
Email Campaigns: Design visually appealing email templates and graphics in MailChimp, ensuring effective communication with our audience.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Must be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe programs.
Mac & iPhone User: Experience working on Mac computers and familiar with iPhone for photo/video capturing and editing.
Social Media Savvy: Understanding of the different social media platforms and their design requirements.
MailChimp Knowledge: Experience creating email campaigns and newsletters using MailChimp.
Photography/Video Skills: Ability to take high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing and social media.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative Mindset: Strong design eye with attention to detail and a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life.
