SCAM ALERT: We have come across a scam called Business Connect America found on your FRONTIER phone and internet bill. THIS IS NOT FRONTIER's FAULT. Business Connect America is the one to blame. Not everyone will have this on their bill. The scam is found on the last page of your statement and it will be called Business Connect America. There will be a charge for $34.95. This is to process a payment to them for a bad service. We got over $800 back for one of our clients. Please pass this on to other people. If you or or your associates have questions call us and we will help!

If you have Frontier at home you are safe. This is a business scam.

Hearing static when on the phone? There could be a few different things that are causing this problem. First, is it raining out?

What does rain have to do with static you ask?

Throughout the years phone cable can get exposed by animals, erosion, people, etc. When that cable gets exposed and water thuds on it you can get a static sound coming over the phone. If it is raining call your phone company.
