Today we celebrate Lorra's 3rd anniversary with Jefferson Telecom and her last day with us. Over the past three years, Lorra has enjoyed reconnecting with the community and serving our customers. As she begins retirement, she looks forward to spending more time with family, friends, and the Jefferson community. Thank you, Lorra, for your service and dedication. We wish you all the best!

Having trouble with dropped calls or poor call quality when connected to Wi-Fi on your cell phone? We've recently seen some phones where Wi-Fi Calling was turned off after an update. If you're experiencing calling issues, it's worth taking a quick look at your settings.

On your iPhone:
• Open "Settings"
• Tap "Cellular"
• Make sure "Turn On This Line" is switched on (green)
• Tap "Wi-Fi Calling" and make sure it is turned "On"

Wi-Fi Calling can improve call quality when you're connected to Wi-Fi, especially in areas with weaker cellular coverage.

We are proud to help support projects that continue to enhance downtown Jefferson. Excited to see this newest piece of public art come to life and the many visitors it will bring to our community. Great work by everyone involved!

Well today and tomorrow are installation days of "Home Sweet Home" -- the newest and long awaited 3D roof top art piece created by 3D artist Kathleen Joy and Lashier Graphics.

Stop up today or tomorrow and watch the action from the top of the observation deck.

This artwork was made possible by a grant from Grow Greene County Gaming Corporation, donations from Jefferson Telecom, The Mahanay Bell Tower Foundation and Jed Magee. And of course through the support of Jefferson Matters.

Fan Mail Friday - We love hearing stories from our customers. Thank you, Kim, for the kind words and for trusting Jefferson Telecom with your service needs! Kim was heading out of town and was experiencing issues with her Internet service. She called Jefferson Telecom and Daniel called her back right away to come to her house to fix the issue. Kim said, "I really appreciate him doing this! He went way above & beyond!”

Providing hometown service means showing up when our customers need us most, and we’re proud to have staff like Daniel who care deeply about helping others stay connected.

Yesterday, Jefferson Telecom partnered once again with Greene County Elementary School to provide bikes to local 4th graders just in time for summer. This year, 30 students received bikes through the annual initiative led by Jamie and Cindi Daubendiek.

The bike giveaway aligned with Greene County Elementary’s annual Bike to School Day and complemented the school’s bicycle safety curriculum led by Mr. Davis. Thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Jefferson for generously providing helmets to all 4th grade students. We hope these bikes help create a summer full of fun, adventure, and safe riding memories!
