We've been renovating it for the past two years and everyone has been asking what the Pendergrass House will become. Finally we've been able to start leasing. Looks like we have two tenants: a seafood / steakhouse and a record / book store. Will let you know when they are open for business. And of course, there is still Jay Braver Digital Marketing and Jay Braver Real Estate. Check back soon!
