Experienced Fire and Security staff needed. Alarm, Fire, CCTV, Access Control, Cable and Fiber technicians needed.

ParaTech, a well established leader in the technology based services and one of the largest technology firms in the area has an immediate opening for a fire and security tech in the New Orleans market. ParaTech is looking for an energetic, task oriented team member to fill the roles of Junior and Senior Technology Technicians for multiple ongoing projects in the region. This position will report directly to the fire and security director.

These positions are tailored for those with superior verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and an innate ability to work as a team. Are you a leader and not a follower, and possess the interpersonal skills to develop opportunities and interface with customers immediately upon becoming a part of the team? If so, keep reading!

ParaTech is well positioned in all technical aspects of technology, managed services, industrial telecom and multi technical disciplines. Some positions could require working at heights and some travel.

A requirement for these positions is to be trained in a major technology discipline and 1-3 years of experience. Major opportunities for advancement for the right attitude. Previous field support experience and state of Louisiana fire marshal licensure a big plus.

There may be some random travelling as we support the Federal Government, as well as the Energy Sector (Oil and Gas in the Gulf of Mexico). This is not the norm, but can be required from time to time.

These positions require 1-3 years of supporting experience and associated technology, an agreeable demeanor and a commitment to Total Quality methodologies.
