I helped a woman this week who felt overwhelmed by all of the tech in her house.
Nothing was really “broken”. There were just old TVs mounted that hadn’t been used in years, cables everywhere, and a lot of uncertainty about what things actually did.
We took down what wasn’t needed, cleaned up the wiring, and walked her through everything so it made sense again.
Not every appointment I set is installing something new. Sometimes it’s just helping someone feel more comfortable in their own home again.
