Toni Pisano, our CCO, recently wrote a piece for Forbes on why AI initiatives fail in trucking, and it's not for the reason most companies assume.

Her point: you can't tell dispatchers and drivers to embrace AI while leadership is still running things off paper and spreadsheets. Leadership has to actually use the tools too, not just mandate them from the top.

Daniel, our EVP of Partnerships, built Dr. Dray because nobody wants a 45-minute podcast in the middle of a workday. Least of all the people actually running drayage day to day, dispatchers, CSMs, ops leaders who don't have an hour to spare between loads.

So instead of another talking-head video, he built the opposite. Quick. Funny. Something you could watch in a minute and go right back to work. What started as a play on words turned into song spoofs, music videos, skits, the whole bit, and people actually remember it years later.
