Attention Luzerne and Lackawanna customer. We were able to make contact with our fiber provider, Lumen, and they have confirmed there is a cut fiber line due to a vehicle incident this morning. Their crews are on site currently and working to make all necessary repairs to get service restored to our network. Please be patient with us as we are at their mercy on this one. Any updates we receive will be posted here.

Our apologies for this interruption and we understand the inconvenience of this service interruption.

Update as of 12:09PM 6/30/2026:

2026-06-30 16:08:03 GMT - The Lumen NOC has confirmed alarms are clear. Work is underway to validate service restoral.

Update as of 11:09AM 6/30/2026

Update as of 3:08 pm 6/30/2026: We have been informed the splice has been completed. Services should begin coming back on now! If you are still experiencing issues, please restart your radio by unplugging and re plugging in the power supply to the radio. (NOT your router). Some folks refer to this as their "dish".

Thank you to our customers. We greatly appreciate your patience and apologize for the service interruption. We are working on a backup feed from a separate provider. Work is due to kick off this Thursday, we hope to have this working by the end of the week. This will provide redundancy and greater network reliability.

Lackawanna County Customers,

As you may know, we are currently experiencing a service outage.

Our technician was on-site earlier this evening attempting to troubleshoot the equipment. Unfortunately, it appears the issue is outside of our direct control. We have opened a ticket with our provider, Lumen, and are working closely with them to resolve the matter.

We hope to have a further update for you in the near future. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE: Services have been restored. Power cycling the power brick to your dish should resolve any outstanding issues. We apologize for the inconvenience this provider related outage has caused.

Attention Lackawanna customers. Our fiber provider, Lumen, will be conducting scheduled maintenance within our network. This is an essential upgrade and will be taking place on Friday May 22 beginning at 12:00 AM. Lumen anticipates this upgrade to be completed by 4:00 AM.
While not everyone in Lackawanna County will be affected, customers in the Jessup and surrounding areas may experience service interruptions during this time. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience but this upgrade is essential to continue to service you with reliable internet service.

Update: Service has been restored - we are currently on generator power but we do expect the main line to be repaired as well today.

Update 1:00PM : Our electrician is on-site, repairs are expected to begin shortly, and we do expect service to be restored this afternoon.

Good morning McKean County customers,

Unfortunately we are currently experiencing an outage at our Eldred tower site due to a downed power line on the access road. Our local technician is on-site awaiting the arrival of our electrician, and we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as we are able to. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience!

Update: Service has been restored as of 3/13/2026 at 5:45pm. We thank you for your patience during the repair process, if you are still experiencing any technical difficulties, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Update: 3/13 12:42pm. Climbing crews have arrived on site. Repair work will begin shortly.

Update: 3/12 9:05am. Replacement equipment is being picked up this morning, however a climbing crew is not available to climb the tower until tomorrow (3/13) to complete the repairs. Restore time for tomorrow is not yet known. We thank you and appreciate your ongoing patience.

Update: 3/11 3:15pm. Replacement equipment is getting picked up tomorrow morning (3/12) and we are working to get a climbing crew that is available to climb the tower and replace the destroyed equipment. If you work from home/homeschool it would be a good idea to make alternative arrangements for tomorrow (3/12).

McKean County Customers: SkyPacket Networks is aware of and working on an outage with our Nissell and Drive In towers. A lightning strike from this morning's storm has knocked out service. Our team is working diligently to get service restored as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience while we work to get service restored. Updates will be posted here as we have them.

Areas affected include Highland Rd south of Kane, Lamont Rd and surrounding area. Also includes areas of Rt 6 near the Kane Drive In Theatre.
