As COVID-19 continues to impact our world and our community, we here at Compu-Experts wanted to inform you of how this has temporarily affected our services and our strategy going forward for the foreseeable future.
• We have stopped making in-home service calls for the moment.
• We have also stopped any in-store appointments or consultations.
We, like many other businesses, have had to re-think of ways to still continue to service our customers during this pandemic.
THE GOOD NEWS!! We are happy to let you know that we are still available to continue to service you by means of email, text messaging, phone consultations or remote assistance. We have various tools that will allow us to assist you with computer problems more effectively by utilizing features that will allow us to see and control your screen, almost like we were sitting next to you. Not all problems will be able to fix via this method, but we hope that in due time, we will be able to return to our normal ways of servicing our great clients.

Even my other company, Post & Computer Center, has adapted to our changing situation. As we are considered "Essential Businesses", we are still OPEN! We are wiping down counters and door handles at every opportunity, limiting the building to no more than 10 people at one time, and have adjusted our hours slightly.
