All services have been restored. You may need to power cycle your equipment; unplug for 30 seconds and plug it back in. If issues persist, please call our customer support team at 833.717.4448.
UPDATE 1:50 PM:
The estimated time to restoral for the power company is 4 PM CST. After the power has been restored, our crews will begin restoral activities for our services. RightFiber services are estimated to be restored at 9 PM CST.

We’re aware of a service outage affecting customers in Paducah, KY, due to the tornado near Wickliffe, KY, and Mayfield, KY.
Before RightFiber can begin restoration efforts, the local power company must first assess the area and restore power-related services. Once the power company has completed its work and gives us approval to safely access the affected areas, our technicians can begin working to restore RightFiber services.
We understand how important your internet service is and will work to restore connectivity as quickly and safely as possible. We’ll provide updates to this post as new information becomes available.
