Does your software supplier have a suggestion box? Do they read it?

TDAW® users can send new feature requests to a dedicated email box. Our President/CEO reviews these personally, with input from the Director of Software Development. If an idea seems worthwhile, especially if requested by many people, it is developed into our software.

Since the TDAW® suggestion box was launched in January 2024, we've developed 45 suggestions from users, including custom reports and new selection or sort methods.

Because we are a private, independently-run company, these features can be incorporated into TDAW® quickly—no need to wait for next quarter’s board meeting!

Oh, and by the way: all new features are automatically rolled into the existing software license. We never charge extra; it’s all included.
