A monogram is a small thing to get wrong. We laser-etch it into the glass, so there is no ink to wear off.

This decanter came through our Jupiter, FL facility for a corporate gifting run. Fine filigree around a clean centered crest, the kind of detail that only holds if the setup holds. A UV-printed flag, built from fish, wrapped around a glass can tumbler. Full color, cured hard to the surface. No wrap or sticker to peel in the salt and sun. Decorated start to finish in our Jupiter, FL facility.

Mint shaker bottles for a national youth baseball facility. Full-color UV print, mountain badge on the front, dot pattern carried through the body.

Youth sports merch lives in a duffel for a season. Dropped on dugout concrete. Banged against bat racks. Run through the dishwasher in a college town. The print has to survive all of it and look like the day it shipped.

We tune UV ink density and substrate prep specifically for high-impact use. The piece that comes off our line is the piece that holds up in the locker room three months later.

Branded tumblers for a Jupiter marine industry client. Two colorways, navy and white, both UV-printed with the company logo and Florida-state silhouette.

Local contract work for a marine builder ten minutes up the road. Their crew runs them on the hull deck and at the bench. They wanted the same logo in two finishes — one for the team, one for client gifting.

Same print spec. Same UV calibration. Two production runs.

Heritage decoration is restraint work.

An outdoor heritage brand sent us their idea with a logo treatment, asking it to look like the brand made the tumbler themselves. Full-wrap UV. Brand camo on the body. Logo at chest height.

The buyer of one of these is buying into a tradition. Pull the print too modern and you break the spell on the shelf. So the saturation comes down a touch. The type weight matches what the brand has been doing. The camo carries the body and the logo sits like the brand put it there.

The print reads like it was always there.

Production locked weeks out. Sponsor approvals worked through revisions. We held the slot, ran the line, and shipment hit the venue with time to spare.

corporate run. Color match to a Fortune 500 brand standard. The print has to look like Delta put it there. On spec or it doesn't ship.

Pattern wrap on a curved bottle is harder than a logo. The print head wants a flat target. Stainless doesn't oblige. We sample, color-match against the brand standard, and check across the line. Anything that drifts comes off.

Stainless takes UV ink hard if you do the steps. Coat the surface white. Print at calibrated density. Cure under heat. Done right, the print rides the dishwasher and the job site without thinking about it.

A pattern is a different problem from a logo. Coverage has to stay even across the curve or the marble reads as almost right. On a brand-spec run, almost right is the wrong answer. We sample three points across the line and pull anything that drifts.

A hospitality client wanted their mark on stemware that runs a hundred turns a week through a commercial dishwasher. We laser-etched a badge direct into the glass and set it as a incognito 6oz pour line. Visible when the glass sits on the table. Gone the second the diner picks it up.

A mark at lip height fights what's in the glass. A mark on the foot disappears. There's a right place for it, and that's where we put it.

An etched mark can't peel, fade, or flake in a dishwasher. It's part of the glass.

Hundred-year anniversary tumblers for a regional foodservice distributor. Black stainless, full-wrap UV print, all-over BBQ pattern with the centennial badge centered.

A 100-year mark is a one-shot brief. The piece has to feel earned. We pulled three test prints to dial the smoke graphic at the right contrast against matte black. Once it read clean, we ran the line.

Packed and shipped the same week. Smoker was already firing when the boxes hit the table.
