HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Our customers have made Cinematic Computer Repair a huge success since 1998. We are eternally grateful. With the closing of Pali Lanes, it has become increasingly challenging to successfully operate our storefront location. In the new year of 2023, we are transitioning to Mobile Operations only which we hope is only added convenience for our supportive customers.

How will Mobile Service work?
Call to schedule time/place for computer/hardware pick-up. We will pick up the unit, complete diagnostics and contact you with the estimate for repair and complete at your discretion. Once complete, we will schedule time/place to return your computer/hardware back to you.

Please note: There are no changes being made to our House Call Service. House Call Service arrangements may still be made and those charges will still apply for work done in your home/office.

THANK YOU all for the continued support of Cinematic Computer Repair. We feel confident that these changes will allow for greater customer service and convenience and allow us to keep our “doors” open for business. We look forward to meeting our old and new customers at your door for all your computer needs in 2023!

If you have a computer that you think might have a virus or malware, one that won't start or one that is non-working, bring it by our office for a FREE DIAGNOSTIC. At the very least you'll know what the problem is and how we can fix it. You will receive a repair estimate with that diagnostic. You really have nothing to lose.

It's Aloha Friday...finally!! I hope you're all doing well and coping in these changing and sometimes difficult times. Staying in touch with loved ones and having so much to do including working from home can bring challenges. Having a well working computer is priceless!!!

We will provide you with a fair and honest estimate so you can be up and running smoothly with one less issue on your plate to think about.
For years we have helped our valued customers with both personal computers and businesses also. We've moved from Pali Lanes but we're still making it work...it's just really quiet now compared to the constant flow of friendly faces going by and poking their heads in.

My new location is nice but so quiet compared to the Pali Lanes location. I miss all the smiles and friendly faces walking by all day. Locations change but my services remain the same.

We’re settled in from our move and ready to help you with all your computer needs. We always offer FREE diagnostics, find another computer shop that does that…none that I know of. After diagnosing I’ll give you an honest estimate on what it will take you to get up and running at the lowest cost.

Aug 21st thru Sept 2021 we are offering a $60 tune-up for your computer. That includes:
*Making sure all Windows Security Updates are downloaded and operating
*Checking your computer for malware and adware and removing any threats
*A hardware diagnostic checking the hard drive and RAM (I see all too many people lose their information because a drive fails)
*Defrag if needed.

I hope businesses and schools will continue to remain open but if things can’t your computer will be the best it can be in the event you need it for work or school with this tune-up offered. Just mention this ad.
