We are currently looking for help on 1st shift (7a-3p), 2nd shift (3p-11p) and split shift (10a-6p or 11a-7p)
An ideal candidate MUST have Customer Service experience. Answering Service or Call Center experience is preferred. You should be able to learn quickly, sit for long periods of time, have respect and compassion for others, exceptional computer and typing skills and a pleasant speaking voice. Good grammar and spelling are also very important! Paid training will be provided.
We handle calls for medical offices, service companies, property management companies and more! Many times, you will be on the other end of the phone when someone is in distress and you will have the ability to assist that person in getting the help they need! Some people you speak to may not be pleasant, as emotions heighten for many when in distress, so you will need to maintain the ability to shrug off the occasional ill-mannered caller while remaining calm and kind.
