Bills To High? I Agree!
Today a customer walked in. Excited, but a little nervous about how the audit actually works.
First, we sat down and talked while pulling up their carrier app together. (I’m happy to walk you through it if you’re not sure how.)
Then we just chatted about life — the hard times and the good.
While we talked, I pulled up their detailed bill (you can even sit right next to me and watch the whole time). I took notes, wrote down exactly what they wanted versus what they were actually paying for, and showed them my suggestions right there in the app.
At that point they had paid zero dollars. They could have walked out the door with everything I told them and gone straight to the carrier themselves — and I would’ve been proud of them.
If they want me to make the changes, I show them exactly what their next bill should look like and what to expect going forward. My fee is simply one month of the estimated savings.
Just yesterday we helped one locally owned business save $365 a month between internet and telecom.
Today we helped one regular customer save $136 a month on their telecom bill.
Last month alone (while we were closed), the community saved $882.
My ultimate goal is to simply save this community as much as possible.
