Yesterday two neighbors walked into the shop together. One is in his 70s, and he'd brought along the man next door, who is 101 years old and a veteran. 🎖️

His phone was loaded with about 80 malicious apps, throwing up pop-ups nonstop. It was so overwhelmed he couldn't make or take a single call. 📱

While we worked, he told me he'd been a dive bomber pilot. ✈️ He was quick to add that he never saw active combat because he was too young at the time. But I want him to get the credit he deserves. Just pushing that stick forward and diving at the ground in practice takes more bravery than most people show in their entire lives, and I have a lot of respect for what he did.

We got every one of those apps cleared out and had his phone working like it should again. And when it came time to settle up, our Pay It Forward Community Tech Support program kicked in, and his service was completely taken care of. 💙

Thank you for your service, sir. And to his neighbor, thank you for looking out for him. That's what good neighbors do.

With the election coming up, the FBI is warning about texts and emails saying you're not registered to vote, with a link to "fix it." That link goes to a fake page built to steal your personal info. It doesn't matter who you're voting for. They're after everybody.
Don't tap the link. Check your registration yourself by typing vote.gov into your browser.

A 45-minute flip phone transfer I won't forget. 🇺🇸

My customer was an elder Vietnam veteran who has been through more than most of us will ever know. Every time it came up, he called himself blessed. He was positive and kind, and glad to be part of this town.

When he asked what he owed, the answer was nothing, thanks to our Pay it Forward Community Tech Support program.

He's one of the most deserving customers I've had. Thank you for your service, sir, and thank you for the visit.
