Today, we recognize and celebrate an incredible milestone for one of our most valued team members, James!

For 42 years, James has been a dedicated part of the KCTC family. As our Facility Maintenance Coordinator, he is always willing to jump in wherever help is needed. No matter the task, James is there with a positive attitude, a dependable work ethic, and a smile on his face.

James has a remarkable ability to tackle just about any job. If he doesn't already know how to do something, you can count on him to figure it out. His flexibility, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence have made him an invaluable member of our team.

From his early days as a technician to his current role as the "maintenance man", James has helped shape KCTC through his hard work and dedication. We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team and grateful for the countless ways he has contributed over the years.

Thank you, James, for 42 years of outstanding service, loyalty, and commitment. Congratulations on this amazing milestone—we appreciate everything you do!

Smiling signals the brain to release dopamine and serotonin, which enhance mood and act as natural antidepressants. The release of endorphins acts as a natural, organic pain reliever. Smiling lowers levels of cortisol and adrenaline, which are stress-inducing hormones. Smiling can also improve cardiovascular health and immune system support!
