Just a quick announcement! We are adjusting our business hours effective August 1, 2026.

We will still be here Monday through Friday to serve your computer repair and purchase needs. We will now be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

This statement from Chris shares the reason we hold this day and those who sacrificed as a reminder of our freedoms.

On this Memorial Day, let us take a moment to remember the sacrifice of those who died while serving our nation. We owe a debt of gratitude to these brave individuals and their families, who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We must also remember that Memorial Day is not just a day off work or a time for cookouts and sales. It is a day to honor the fallen, to pay our respects, and to remind ourselves that freedom is not free.

As we enjoy the festivities of this day, let us not forget the true meaning of Memorial Day. Let us take a moment to remember those who have served and died for our country, and to honor their memory by continuing to uphold the values and ideals that they fought for.

Thank you to all who have served, and to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. We will never forget your bravery and your sacrifice.

The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office has received reports of fraudulent text messages claiming recipients owe money for traffic or toll violations. These messages may include a document like the one shown, which appears very official and convincing, along with instructions to make an immediate payment via a link or QR code.

THIS IS A SCAM.

Courts and law enforcement agencies in North Carolina do not send legal notices by text message or request payment in this manner.

If you receive one of these messages, do not click any links or send money. Delete the message and contact your local Clerk of Court using an official phone number if you have questions.

Here is another scam to be wary of! Friends, please consider everything you see these days as potentially fake, false, or AI/Artificial Intelligence-generated materials. If anything pops up asking you to call or click on a link, be very suspicious. Never click on any links, instead go directly to the main website of the company that's indicated in the link and verify it with their main office.

⚠️ We are aware of a scam targeting utility customers claiming they will be impacted by a scheduled power outage.

This message did not come from Duke Energy. Customers should avoid clicking links or downloading attachments from businesses or individuals they do not know, and they should contact Duke Energy directly to discuss their account or visit company communications channels for the latest updates.

Duke Energy will communicate grid conditions through its official communication channels.
