The Diagnosis Fee does a few things:
IT PROTECTS YOU! As the core of my “If I can’t fix it, you don’t pay!” guarantee, the Diagnosis Fee ensures that no one’s time gets wasted. If I can’t figure out the issue, the Fee gets refunded, no fuss, no worry and I get out of your hair. It keeps me in business. If, after diagnosis, you decide not to consent to repai
rs or move forward with the repair process, it ensures that I am compensated for the work I’ve done. IT PROTECTS YOUR WALLET! It’s considered a deposit paid towards your final bill. After the repair process is complete and you ask me: “What’s the damage?”, I respond with: “Here is your total due for the cost of labor, minus the Diagnosis Fee you’ve already paid.”
EX: Labor Cost: $75.00 - Diagnosis Fee: $45.00 = Updated Total Due: $30.00

WHAT’S THIS “PROCESSING FEE” ON MY INVOICE? CMD PC Repair uses Square Point of Sale to tender credit/debit card transactions. For this service, Square charges a Processing Fee. To avoid this fee, pay with cash instead. My Promise to You

I pride myself on my elite customer service and expert knowledge to solve your problems quickly and efficiently without trying to sell you things you don't need (unlike some other, similar companies I won't name). I am not a salesman, I am a trained, certified professional. My primary focus is on putting the customer first, not to sell you things. In fact, I don’t even sell the components, parts, or PCs myself, the only profit I make is the work I do for you. Keeping my business out of the parts retailer market means I'm only focused on what actually matters: making you happy. My promise to you is to give the absolute best service for the best price. CMD PC Repair was founded in 2017 by Owner and Head ERT, Chris Daniels. He built this local, family-owned business with his own two hands and envisions a bright future. At the moment, it's only me, working out of my one-bedroom apartment, using my own personal vehicle while also working a full-time job. I'm fixing a few computers here and there mostly for friends and family, but with your help, you can make the dream come true to be the best computer repair business in the area!
