Most folks in the real estate and/or tech biz have known for some time now but it was officially announced by the governor that Meta(Facebook) has selected KC for their newest ($800 mil) Data Center.

With it being highly likely that one or more of the other big 4 (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple) selects The Golden Plains Technology Park for their next home, this should be a GREAT thing for KC, especially the Northland! From construction jobs, to full time jobs in the tech space, to the future residential developments needed to support those jobs.
