Version 10 brings a cleaner way to start your day, better access to your reports, faster data import, easier data cleanup, and new integrations that help eWay-CRM work better with the tools you already use.

What’s new?

✅ Brand-new homepage
See your tasks, meetings, recent records, contact suggestions, and useful recommendations in one clear starting point.

✅ Power BI reports as views
Your pinned Power BI reports are now available directly as views in eWay-CRM Online. Open them where you work, without switching tools.

✅ Import from Excel in eWay-CRM Online
Upload your data directly from Excel and bring larger datasets into your CRM more easily.

✅ Merge duplicates
Select duplicate records, choose the priority, and eWay-CRM combines fields, notes, and links without losing important information.

✅ Email signatures in eWay-CRM Online
Set your own signature in Settings and use it for replies or all emails.

✅ New and improved integrations
We’ve added integrations with Mailchimp, Ecomail, and Constant Contact.

We wrote the following text because it feels like hardly anyone really understands what the job of an office manager or executive assistant in a small or mid-sized business actually looks like.

Everyone needs something. Owners, colleagues, vendors, clients.
Requests keep coming—most often by email. And almost always framed as “just a small thing.”

But emails aren’t tasks.
They don’t have priorities. They don’t have deadlines. They don’t give you clarity. They have just one certainty: they stay on your shoulders.

And the smaller the company, the more of those things end up in one person’s head.
The person who’s expected to “keep everything under control,” while very few people think about what it takes to do that without constant stress.
