Hi everyone, here is what we offer:
Setup - $260 (onsite only)
We will walk you through set up in person.
This includes operating system install
Patching for critical updates,
Connecting any devices (wired or wireless)
Demonstrating basic functionality.
This includes services offered under Computer Tune-up, Operating System install, and Wireless networking at no additional charge.
This is the best package deal that we offer.
Tune-up - $30 remote or $120 on site
We will get your laptop or computer running just how you want. This service includes:
Optimize startup, shutdown, and background services
Clean up task bar, start bar, and desktop; removal of programs and trial software
Clean up registry and temporary files
Install any critical updates
Add/remove user accounts if desired
Setup existing security software
Setting your preferred web browser.
Data Backup – $90 (on site)
We know your data is important to you. No one wants to lose their pictures, videos, or music and those key documents need to be kept safe. We will work with you to transfer your data to an external device and also setup automatic backups if you want them.
Data Recovery - $390 (on site)
Sometimes even the best data backup plan fails and your data is lost. While some data can never be recovered, we can help you recover some of your data whether you accidentally deleted it, or experienced a hard drive failure.
We don’t charge by the GB; your will only be charged one price.
Hardware install or repair - $140 (on site) + hardware costs
Something broken? Drop your laptop? Or you just want to upgrade?
We will work with you to determine the right replacement hardware or new hardware for your situation.
Once hardware is purchased we will install or replace and ensure that the new hardware works.
Some situations require that we take your device with us. There is no additional charge.
Software Install – Remote Software install $30, Onsite Software install $120
Want a new OS, an OS upgrade, or start using that new software title you bought?
We will install and update your software and ensure that it works with your system, has the right compatibility settings for your Operating system. Or, if you want the latest OS, we will replace your old OS including preparing a restore point, performing the upgrade, and critical patches.
Home Technology Consult and Training- $90 remote, $140 onsite (1 hour)
We will visit your location, review your issues with you and create a custom plan for your needs. We only come out after ensuring we have the capabilities to make a recommendation. In some situations we can perform training and consults offsite using video or chat.
Virus and Spyware - $130 remote/$220 onsite
There are a lot of baddies out there. They want your data and system under their control. We can help you defend your turf…and take it back when you need to.
We analyze your system, and remove any found virus or spyware.
We activate security protection programs for your systems to keep your defense perimeter strong.
Wireless networking - $30 remote or $120 onsite
Need to setup your network or have trouble with your existing wireless? We can help you configure and update your wireless network to serve all your mobile devices streamlessly…get it…seamlessly but streaming bits…never mind…our nerds will get it working.
Depending on your situation this can be done remotely.
