As a reminder, Intellicom will be closing our offices for an annual employee training event at noon Friday, October 23rd.

If you have an issue that is not critical that afternoon, send an email to [email protected] and it will be prioritized and addressed on Monday.

If you have a critical issue, call our main number (308) 237-0684 and follow the instructions as we will have engineers monitoring the phone who will be available to step out of the training event to work any critical matters. Time spent by our team that afternoon on any such issues will be billed at the normal rate and not at the on-call rate.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to develop, motivate, and celebrate our team’s expertise and care for you, our customer. Training events such as this are an important factor in our success and in the level of service we provide to you.
