Good afternoon everyone,

It is with such gratitude that I write to inform you that Ashley Nesbitt's last day with WorldWide Computer Solutions (WWCS) is tomorrow, May 12th, 2023.

Ashley will be leaving to follow her dream to manage her fitness studio Everglow Wellness, fulltime.

She started with WWCS July 6th, 2015, and this will mark and end of an era. She will be missed tremendously.

Ashley, as a representative of the entire WorldWide Computer Solutions Staff, we all wish you the very best with Everglow Wellness and everything else you do. Thank you for all you have done for us here at WWCS!

Are you interested in joining a small dynamic team in Keene, NH as their Office Manager? Worldwide Computer Solutions has a rare opportunity for just the right person!

Your qualifications for the Office Manager are as follows:
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years recent/relevant professional office experience
• Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
• QuickBooks and CRM experience is a plus
• Good problem solving and reasoning skills
• Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant customer service demeanor
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
• Commitment to follow through and attention to detail
Benefits you will receive as the Office Manager:
• Full time hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
• Salary commensurate with skills and experience
• Health/Dental/Life/Disability insurance
• HSA with company contribution
• Paid time off and holidays
• Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
As the Office Manager your duties will include:
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
• Greet and assist clients
• Communication with clients
• Ticket entry and scheduling
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Human resources
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Any additional duties as assigned
