Hey Please explain why our Kent Washington Garbage men have taken out tightly sealed bag of cat litter from our trash and left it on the sidewalk? This isn't just an opps as this has happened in the past for multiple weeks Collection even after I called to ask why it was being done. Thankfully I got the bag back in the trash before any animals opened it up and spread it out like the last time. Then when I call today it takes 20 minutes before I even speak to someone and the person who I do get isn't even in the state let alone country. outsourcing customer service ain't the way.
