Meet Dylon, a Tower Foreman out of our Connecticut branch!
He’s been with NEC for just over two years and says one of the things he loves most about his role is being able to trust the team he works with every day.
Dylon believes that trust is key—especially when tough decisions have to be made on the job, even when they’re not easy or popular.
Outside of work, Dylon enjoys spending time with his family, doing college work, and riding his motorcycle. 🏍️📚

Meet the Project Manager of NEC’s Tiger Team —Tyler — a problem-solver who’s been with the company for almost 3 years. In his role, Tyler loves taking on complex technical challenges, he thrives on troubleshooting issues across NEC’s wide coverage area, often traveling throughout all of New England to hit multiple sites a day (something not everyone might know about him!).
Outside of work, you’ll find our Tiger Team’s Project Manager diving into adventure — literally — with hobbies like scuba diving, parkour, and rock climbing!!
What makes NEC special to Tyler? “How close all of the employees are. The people I work with are all some of the people I've grown closest too which makes even hard days a lot more manageable.”
