Quick note: New offer - I provide calm, patient *remote* Windows help for adults who feel overwhelmed or confused by their computer.

This is education-first support — I take time to explain what’s going on, share useful tips, and help when remote access is possible. Not every issue can be fixed remotely, but you’ll always understand *why* and what your best next step is.

Sessions are prepaid so no one feels rushed: **$125 for 90 minutes**, usable all at once or split into multiple sessions.

A few notes about current business changes I forgot to post here.

We have changed our services prices to reflect more current price structure of services provided in our field as well as to accommodate our scheduling.

We are still by appointment only. So call or send a message thru FB here.

Minimum costs for diagnostics or for any troubleshooting appointment is $100.

We are only going to be helping serious customers who are serious about getting their devices repaired in a timely and professional manner. This means no tech help over the phone, we are not a tech support help desk. But we will try to answer questions if we have the time.

Also a reminder, we DO NOT repair mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets which is just a reminder as we haven't offered those services for at least the last 5 years.

As always we appreciate your patronage but we can no longer afford to waste time discussing potential issues with your current desktop or laptop. If you know something is broken or not working right, we will schedule an appointment for you to drop off the device and will determine the issue and work out a quote for the repair. Again there is a $100 minimum service charge to cover our time and expenses for creating a custom report for you detailing the issues we've found and the recommended repairs.

Hello everyone!

Just would like to say thanks so much for all the business as of late. I know it sucks when a local business closes down but rest assured we are still here and trying to take on as much as we can to aid in the lack of other shops around locally.

Also we will be closed on Friday Mar 14th and will reopen Monday March 17.

November is here and flying by as quickly as the previous months this year. So you know what that means? Beyond Black Friday post Thanksgiving is Cyber Monday and every year the different tech vendors are starting to throw those same Cyber Monday deals out earlier and earlier. So if you need a laptop or desktop computer try to remember to shop small businesses and support your local economy.

Hello everyone! It was brought to our attention recently that we don't ever post on here so people are wondering if we're still in business. Well even though it's been up and down lately as usual we are still in business. We just do not work on phones or tablets and only repair Windows based laptops and desktops. We do still build custom built gaming computers as well.
If you would like a custom built computer then feel free to either call us or message us through the FB page here or send an email to [email protected]

But by far th best way to reach us (even tho I know younger people don't like to talk on the phone) is to call us Mon-Fri 10am-5pm at 660-687-0100. And then if we do not pick up, LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE!! Because we will see a big flashing red light on the answering machine when we return better than a notification for email or a message on here.

B-SQUARED will be closed from Fri Dec 22nd thru Tues Jan 2nd.

We may however answer phones Wed Dec 27th to Fri Dec 29th to schedule appointments for the beginning of Jan 2024 after the 2nd. But will not be taking any drop-offs during that time.

Just a quick reminder folks. Since we are a home based business there is no parking on our side of the street so please park in our driveway and only our driveway (the left side). There are signs further up the street that say no parking on the south side of the street since it is a rather narrow one. It used to not matter much for quick drop-offs but they have been enforcing it more lately. Also note that since the driveway is a bit steep and they just repaved the road a year or two ago it created a dip by the curb. So just be careful and take it slow and at an angle if you have a really low riding vehicle.

Oh and also we are by Appointment ONLY and I will tell you all of this same information when setting up your drop-off time.
