We've all talked about the fear that AI will stunt growth. But what are your success stories?

When paired with intentional pedagogical design, many instructors are finding that students develop richer analysis, stronger reflections and great strategic insight.

What have you found? Have you seen students grow because of AI?

Meeting Assurance of Learning standards shouldn’t come at the expense of real learning.

In accredited business programs, professors often have to serve two masters:

Keep students genuinely engaged

Provide evidence of learning for accreditation

Business strategy games—when designed with intention—can support both.

In Marketplace Simulations, AoL isn’t an add-on. It’s built in.

🧭 Students learn by doing—making cross-functional decisions and adapting to outcomes.
📊 Professors get clear analytics on performance across key business areas.
📂 Reports are exportable for assessment and accreditation review.

No extra tests. Just meaningful learning—and proof it’s happening.

We know students are using AI. But surprisingly, many students are doing their best use AI as a learning tool, not a shortcut to get answers.

How have YOU seen students using AI this last semester?

Did bigger class sizes exhaust you this semester? Harvard Business Impact is sharing 5 ways to manage the "teaching avalance":

1. Reset how you work—and ask for students' input on what new norms you create.
2. Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate what matters.
3. Level up your delegating.
4. Simplify the system to accelerate the work.
5. Protect your energy and model resilience.

Get all the details:

When growing class sizes and shrinking resources leave you feeling overwhelmed, these five strategies can help you reset expectations, prioritize what matters most, and maintain teaching quality as your workload increases.

“I do not think people have ever gotten that fired up over any of my lectures about any topic ever,” Dr. John Eaton said about his experience with Marketplace Simulations.

That level of engagement does not come from lectures alone. It comes from giving students ownership of decisions and the chance to compete.

That sense of ownership turns into real investment. Students care more, stay engaged, and ultimately retain more of what they learn.

We love it when students share the insights they gained from Marketplace Simulations. Here are some key lessons from a student who not only played our Business Management simulation but also achieved a team score that was twice as high as all competitors combined:

1. Every decision needs to be grounded in data.

2. It's not just about having access to data but having a strict, detail-oriented approach to analysis.

3. Open discussion of decisions may take longer, but it leads to a shared and aligned outcome.

Thank you to Mikolaj Mikolajczak for sharing your insights. Congratulations to your team and to Politechnika Gdańska for training such amazing students!
